ADRIATIC DISCOUNTS AND SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUAL PASSENGERS & PRIVATE VEHICLES 2024
(Valid for strategic/brochure fares)

20% EARLY BOOKING
• Valid for new reservations and ticket issuance until 29th February 2024.
• Valid for one-way or round-trip travel until 31st December 2024.
Ancona: Discount applies on all individual passenger fares, on fares for vehicles up to 6 meters long & 2 meters high, cars with roof box over 2 meters high, trailers up to 2,50 meters long & 2 meters high and on fares for motorcycles. The discount is not applicable to reservations with all other vehicle categories as well as to Camping on Board reservations.
Bari & Venice: Discount applies on all individual passenger and vehicle fares and to Camping on Board reservations.
• If the travel dates or itineraries are changed after 29th February 2024, difference between early booking and brochure fares must be paid – difference is calculated on the affected leg.
• If tickets are turned into open date tickets after 29th February 2024, the difference between early booking fares and brochure fares has to be paid once the tickets of the new travel date(s) are issued.
• Early Booking tickets are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, only the fuel surcharge and the ETS are fully refunded.
• Tickets may be issued with an open return (outbound leg with early booking discount, inbound leg with brochure return fares – no further early booking discount).
• Tickets originally issued with the Early Booking discount, are valid for travel until 31.12.2024, regardless of any ticket replacement (change of travel date, etc.).
• Discount is given on top of all other discounts mentioned below (apart from the child discount).
• Tickets must be issued within 10 days following the booking date.
• Limited capacity available.
20% FAMILY & FRIENDS
• 20% discount for 3 or 4 passengers traveling together in the same AA3/AB3 or A4/AB4 cabin.
• Discount also applies on all vehicle fares excluding trailers and motorcycles.
• All passengers and vehicle (if any) must travel with the same reservation code.
• Limited capacity available.
20% AIRSEAT / DECK
• 20% discount for minimum 3 passengers (over 4 years old) traveling in air seat or deck.
• Discount also applies on fares for vehicles up to 6m long & 2m high (excluding trailers & motorcycles), and on fares for cars with roof box over 2 meters high.
• The discount is not applicable to reservations with all other vehicle categories as well as to Camping on Board reservations.
• All passengers and vehicle (if any) must travel with the same reservation code and on common travel dates.
INFANTS
• Children under the age of 4 years old who do not occupy a bed/berth/air seat pay 6,00€ per passage.
• Children under the age of 4 years old who occupy a bed/berth/air seat pay the 50% of the selected adult fare.

50% CHILDREN
• Children between the ages of 4 and 12 years old pay 50% of the selected adult fare.
• Children traveling in cabins must be accompanied by an adult.
20% YOUTH
• All passengers between 13 and 25 years old are entitled to a 20% discount.
• Discount also applies on fares for vehicles up to 6m long & 2m high, vehicles up to 6m long & over 2m high, cars with roof box over 2 meters high and motorcycles. Not valid for trailers.
• The discount is valid for Camping on Board reservations.
• Holders of the ISIC student card (International Student Identity Card) and the EYC card (European Youth Card) are also entitled to the 20% discount, regardless their age.
• Youth passengers under 18 years old traveling in cabins must be accompanied by an adult.

20% SENIORS
• All passengers 60 years old and over are entitled to a 20% discount.
• Discount also applies on fares for vehicles up to 6m long & 2m high, vehicles up to 6m long & over 2m high, cars with roof box over 2 meters high and motorcycles. Not valid for trailers.
• The discount is valid for Camping on Board reservations.
30% RETURN DISCOUNT
• Valid only when outbound and return tickets are issued at the same time and in the same reservation code (passenger names and vehicle type have to be the same in both legs of the reservation).
• The reduction is cumulative with all other reductions since it is already included in the price list.
25% AUTOMOBILE / CAMPING CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS
• 25% reduction on vehicles of specific automobile & camping clubs & associations. Discount applies on the vehicle fare only.
• Discount does not apply to Camping on Board reservations on Ancona line for the following period: Ancona – Greece: not valid from 01st July until 15th August, Greece – Ancona: not valid from 01st August until 15th September.
• The 25% discount is combinable with the senior, youth and children discounts granted to the passengers (i.e. the vehicle is granted the 25% discount and the youth passenger the 20% discount etc.)
• Offer is not valid for unaccompanied vehicles.
• Evidence of membership has to be presented at the point of reservation & check-in.
• Limited capacity available.
20% SEASMILES DISCOUNT
• Seasmiles SILVER & GOLD members are entitled to a 20% discount.
• Discount also applies on all vehicle fares excluding trailers and open deck vehicles.
• Upon booking, the membership card number must be included in the reservation in order to get the discount.
• During check-in at port, the membership card must be presented.
30% ON DOMESTIC TICKETS
• Valid for passenger and vehicle (all categories) fares.
• The discount is valid on the outbound and inbound leg of the Domestic Line ticket and is not cumulative with any other Domestic Line discounts.
• Valid in combination with a trip on the Adriatic Sea. The Adriatic Sea tickets and the Domestic Lines tickets (Cyclades, Dodecanese, North Aegean islands, Sporades, Saronic islands & Crete) must be issued simultaneously.

All above discounts are not cumulative and only one of them (the greater) is granted at a time (unless otherwise stated in the reduction terms).
Discounts do not apply to fuel surcharge, to ETS and to fares for pet carriage.

** On these offers only, when the vehicle is not entitled to the discount, the passengers do not get the discount either. In all other offers / discounts, when a specific vehicle is not entitled to the discount, the rest of the reservation gets the discount and the specific vehicle the full fare.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION / SERVICES

CAMPING ON BOARD

• Available from 01/04/24 – 31/10/24.
• Vehicle is accommodated on open deck and fare to be applied is the respective vehicle fare + deck fare for the passengers.
• Camping on Board is permitted for clients traveling with officially registered camping vehicles (campers and caravans). Regular cars and/or minibus vehicles are not permitted for camping on board. Clients will be requested to show their vehicle registration documents at check-in, any vehicles that are not registered as camping vehicles will not be permitted for camping on board and clients will be denied access to the campers’ area.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY

• Single occupancy is available in the cabin categories LUX, A2 and AB2 (AB2 not available for single use on SUPERFAST XI) and has the following surcharge:

Ancona: 50% during low season and 70% during shoulder & high seasons.

Bari and Venice: 70% during all seasons.

LUX CABINS

• Passengers accommodated in LUX cabins are offered free breakfast in the A la Carte or Self-Service
• Lux cabins are available on SUPERFAST XI, ARIADNE, OLYMPIC CHAMPION, HELLENIC SPIRIT and ASTERION II.

DORMITORIES

• Six berth dormitories are located in a unified area, divided into male and female sections, each with communal shower and WC.

• 3-bed outside special need cabins that can be sold as triple (SN3), double (SN2) or single (SN1) special need cabins are available on SUPERFAST I & SUPERFAST II
• 2-bed outside special need cabins that can be sold as double (SN2) or single (SN1) special need cabins are available on HELLENIC SPIRIT, OLYMPIC CHAMPION & ARIADNE.
